Guide
Make a free website with no account or sign-up
The usual free website means an account, a password, an email confirmation, and a dashboard tour before you see a single URL. boomurl replaces all of that with one email code.
Publish your site free →Signing up is friction. For a page you just want online now, creating an account and inventing another password is more work than making the page was.
boomurl has no accounts. You drag your file, pick a name, and type a 6-digit code sent to your email. That code proves the site is yours without a password or a profile, and the page is live over HTTPS at your-name.boomurl.me in about 20 seconds.
Publish without an account in 4 steps
- 1
Open boomurl.com
No sign-up screen and no password field. Just the upload area.
- 2
Drag your file or folder onto the page
An HTML file, a Markdown or text file, a PDF, or a whole static folder all work. A single file becomes a real page on its own.
- 3
Pick a name
Choose your URL: your-name.boomurl.me. First-come, first-served.
- 4
Verify with a one-time email code
Enter your email and type the 6-digit code we send. That is the entire signup: no password, and the same email lets you update or delete the site later.

Edit this page, then publish it — no account needed
Good to know
- The email code is how ownership works without accounts: only someone who can read that inbox can change or remove the site.
- Come back later and publish again from the same email and you will not be asked for a code every time. A recent verification is remembered.
- Custom domains, Markdown and PDF rendering, and folders all work the same way, still with no account.
- Each site is free (with a small banner) and can be up to 50 MB and 500 files. Ad-free is $2.00/month per site.
- AI agents publish the same way through boomurl's API and MCP server.
Frequently asked questions
- Can I really make a website without creating an account?
- Yes. boomurl has no accounts or passwords. You verify with a one-time 6-digit email code, which both proves the site is yours and lets you manage it later.
- Why do you ask for my email then?
- The email is how ownership works without accounts. The code sent to it is what lets you, and only you, update or delete the site. It is not a signup, and there is no password.
- Is it actually free?
- Yes. Publishing and hosting are free, supported by a small banner on free sites. No credit card. Removing the banner is optional at $2.00/month per site.
- Can I update the site later without an account?
- Yes. Publish again from the same email (recent verifications are remembered), or edit in place from the built-in editor. Ownership follows the email, not a login.
